British television presenter Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. The former Top Gear host shared the news during an episode of his reality series Clarkson’s Farm, where he told colleagues he first learned about the condition in May and later confirmed it after a biopsy.
Clarkson said he caught the cancer early and initially remained hopeful about recovery, but later admitted that his treatment has since “gone awry.” He revealed he underwent surgery to remove part of his prostate and later faced complications that required hospital care.
The 66-year-old said he is uncertain whether he will be well enough to continue filming future seasons of his show, stating that his return for a sixth season is not guaranteed.
Clarkson also referenced previous health issues, including emergency heart surgery in 2024, highlighting ongoing concerns about his health.
Prostate cancer remains one of the most common cancers affecting men in the UK, with early detection playing a key role in treatment outcomes.
